Causes of fatigue and tiredness after exercise
Muscles aren't the only cause of fatigue and post-exercise lethargy. Exercise-induced body temperature rises and reduced blood flow to the abdomen can also damage internal organs. We'll also introduce precautions to take in hot and humid environments, as well as how worsening inflammation can lead to decreased performance.

How to speed up muscle recovery | Essential amino acids for muscle repair and protein synthesis
This book explains how to speed up muscle recovery after exercise. It also covers muscle fiber damage and inflammation caused by eccentric exercise, recovery time, and the role of essential amino acids and leucine, which are necessary for protein synthesis.

For those who want to enhance the effects of muscle training with "small amounts, high efficiency," whey protein with a high concentration of EAAs is recommended.
This book explains the important nutrition and rest required for efficiently increasing muscle mass and strength through strength training. It also introduces the characteristics of whey protein, which is rich in essential amino acids, how to take it effectively even in small amounts, and its relationship to fat loss.

The effects of cystine reduce fatigue caused by exercise and maintain energy efficiency
This article explains how the amino acid cystine protects mitochondria and enhances energy production. It also explains how it efficiently converts lipids into energy, reduces oxidative stress during exercise, and helps recover from fatigue and improve endurance.

The effects of glutamine and the mechanism of fatigue recovery
This article explains how glutamine reduces exercise-related damage to the entire body and stomach, and helps recover from fatigue. It also introduces the synergistic effects of combining it with the antioxidant cystine (cystine-glutamine mix), and provides research-based tips for maintaining good health.
[Academic Conference/Seminar Report] Research results on "High-Leucine Essential Amino Acid Mix" and "Cystine-Glutamine Mix" were presented at the AmCham 2022 Citizen's Health Forum

Professor Shimomura gave a lecture titled "The Roles of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) in Sport Nutrition," in which he introduced the metabolic mechanism of BCAAs and their effect in reducing muscle soreness, as well as how the "Essential Amino Acid Mix with High Leucine" promotes muscle protein synthesis and suppresses the temporary loss of muscle strength after exercise.
Professor Miyashita gave a lecture entitled "The effects of pre-exercise cystine and glutamine intake on gastrointestinal permeability and subjective fatigue in young active men," in which he introduced the physiological effects of the "Cystine-Glutamine Mix" in terms of its suppression of gastrointestinal inflammation that occurs during exercise, and its reduction of fatigue by increasing the efficiency of fatty acid utilization. The panel discussion following the presentation was a great success, with many questions from the audience.
For these reasons, it is expected that the "High-Leucine Essential Amino Acid Mix" and "Cystine-Glutamine Mix" will contribute to the health of the people of Taiwan.
